SHIPPING

After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 48-72 hours. This does not include weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days for Registered Mail Inland and 21-30 days Everywhere Else (Normal Mail needs more days). Orders received will be processed and shipped in 2-3 business day. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.

Seller is not responsible for any item(s) once shipped.

The item will be carefully shipped, protected with bubble paper and enveloped.

In order to ensure timely delivery of your package, we cannot allow changes to an order once submitted over the website.
International Shipping Charges vary per country and weight of package. You will receive your shipping cost and your final total by email prior to shipping.

We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are some conditions which may cause delays:

I offer some discounted shipping rates but it will depends on the quantity and on the largeness of the items, so please if you intend to buy different  items, please contact me.

RETURNS

All tangible merchandise, other than special orders and as otherwise noted by Company, may be returned to us for a refund of your purchase price when you notify us within 10 days of receipt of your order. We do not accept returns after this 10-day period. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to your return, but it shall not apply to returns due to defects or errors by Company. You are responsible for paying shipping back to the designated location for returned items, unless such item is being returned due to a product defect or error by Company. You must call first for a return authorization number, and no merchandise can be returned without a written authorization number. Items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. All merchandise must be inspected by customer upon delivery. If any box looks dented or damaged in any way, the driver must make a notation and should mark any damages. Boxes opened later and then damage noticed without driver making notation, is considered concealed damage. Some shipping companies do not always cover full refunds on concealed damage items. Company is not responsible for damaged incurred during shipping. There are no returns or cancellations for any intangible property or services purchased from Company, including without limitation Virtual Gift services. All sales are final, noncancelable and nonrefundable except as expressly set forth in this Agreement or as otherwise determined by Company in its sole discretion.

Gothic Toyland jewelry is created with the finest materials & components available. Any color variation or slight deficiencies are due to the handmade nature of these designs. By following these simple tips, your jeweled pieces will keep sparkling for years to come...

Always remove jewelry and/or hair accessories when washing hands, showering, or swimming. Moisture can cause stones to dull and become loose.

Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as; perfume, hairspray, body lotions, cleansers or hair grooming products on or near the jewelry including hair accessory pieces. The alcohol or oil content will cause Lucite beads to crack, will dull the finish and loosen the crystals, and cause metal parts to discolor or tarnish.

Never expose jewelry or hair accessory pieces to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colors to fade.

To clean your jewelry and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth. Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.

Pet Jewelry, including leashes and necklaces, are for decorative purposes only. Pet necklaces should not be used as collars.

Avoid spraying any alcohol or oil-based products on or near this items.

Avoid contact with water or soap. If the item should come into contact with any liquid, do not wipe it. Instead, dab it with a soft cloth to absorb the moisture.

Do not rub the items with anything coarse or abrasive: it may damage them.

GOTHIC TOYLAND Limited Edition Handbag/Purse/Felt Creations Collections are all handmade and created with the finest materials and components available. The hides, felt and leather trims used to make these items were created because of their particular look and feel. Variations in the grain, color, or shading are natural to the materials and are not defects or flaws, but should be considered part of the unique beauty of each piece.

SPECIAL TIPS FOR GOTHIC TOYLAND POLYMER CLAY CREATIONS:

I work polymer clay with my hands so there might be slight finger prints on the creation, (even if I use a particular method to avoid this problem) also removing dust is really hard, especially on light colors, even if I keep my working table extremely clean, and sometimes they can remain on the work. 

Avoid spraying any alcohol or oil-based products on or near your polymer clay items.

No problems with water or soap: polymer clay items are waterproof/washable.
Do not rub the polymer clay objects with anything coarse or abrasive: it may damage them.
